  • Certification to be a life coach by MSI.  Includes certification exam, completed online.
  • Mailing of certificate & transcripts once certified.

This certification does not have any prerequisites. The training material includes all of the course work required to learn the system. You do not need prior work experience to take this certification program. To be successful, life coaches should be outgoing individuals who enjoy working with others to achieve personal goals through developing skills that lead to self-empowerment.

The certification exam is designed to test your fundamental understanding of being a life coach and mentor.  The included life coach training will prepare you for the test.  The online coaching and mentoring certification exam is an “open note” exam, meaning you may use any notes you’ve taken while studying.  The exam is timed, so you will not be able to look up answers to questions while taking the test.  You will not have access to the online study material while taking the exam and you may not stop the exam once it has begun.  It is very important that you have a solid understanding of business coaching principles before attempting the exam or you may not pass.

The material included is designed to give you a basic understanding of life coaching and mentoring.  This professional development certification was designed to teach someone with little knowledge of coaching the basic skills needed to function as a mentor.  A life coach does not act as a therapist, counselor, or health care provider.  The field of life coaching is growing quickly and many jobs today require life coaching or mentoring skills.  For an example, click on this job search link to see how many positions mention the words “Life Coach“.

The training course is self-paced. Time to complete and fully comprehend will vary with every individual. It may take several days or weeks of study before you feel comfortable to take the final test. You may take the final exam as soon as you’re ready. You have 1 year from the date of purchase to complete the course.

This certification exam is timed with a limit of 3 hours.  The exam is completed online from home or work.  You may take the exam as soon as you are ready, it does not need to be scheduled in advance.  All questions are multiple choice.

You will be mailed a professional-grade Certificate, as well as a professional transcript which you can give to employers who request it. The certificate is heavy-stock, cream paper suitable for framing.

Participants who successfully complete this certification program will receive:
